Delete your account

Effective 25 October 2026

In the app

1. Open Funlango and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted at once.

By email

Email privacy@funlango.app from the address you sign in with, subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

Permanently, with no copy kept:

• your account and sign-in record;
• your setup answers and consents;
• your roadmap, chapters and lessons;
• conversation transcripts, tutor notes and recaps, and everything your tutor remembers;
• your learning progress and subscription record.

What is not

• Your subscription itself, which Apple or Google bills: cancel it in the store (see Support). Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
• Server logs that hold only an account id, never content, which expire on our hosting provider’s schedule.

To delete only part of your data, open Profile and forget single memories, the recap or everything your tutor remembers.
