Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Summit Pine Ventures LLC (“we”), the operator of Funlango. By using the app you accept them.
Your account
You must be an adult to use Funlango. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Funlango Premium
- Funlango Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use Funlango to break the law, to harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or to produce harmful content. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service, access it by automated means, or get around its limits. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
AI content
The tutor’s replies are generated by AI and can be wrong; use them for language practice only.
Your content and ours
You keep what you say and write; you let us process it to run Funlango for you. The app, its lessons and its brand belong to us; we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
Apple
If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app and is not responsible for any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Disclaimer and liability
Funlango is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Funlango and delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not take away consumer rights that the law of your country gives you.
